Red Clover is a New York City based boutique catering company focused on farm to table fine dining. We are the go to destination for NYC foodies who want a deeply personal, and thoughtfully executed experience, that reflects both their taste and their values, and that also happens to be kosher. We offer something unrivalled in the kosher food scene, on par with the best non kosher food NYC has to offer. We embody the spirit of hospitality, each client, each party, presents an opportunity to delve into a journey that is both culinary and stylistic. A unique menu we create together, presented with an artist’s eye, supported by the backbone of great service. Our farm to table cuisine is exciting, seasonal, beautiful, refined, decadent and healthy. Our style is farm to table fine dining, think old timber, hand made pottery, nubby linens, edible flowers, the aroma of roasting garlic, the sound of butter hitting the sizzling pan, the soft glow of beeswax candles, the evening breeze, family and friends gathered around the table- in community- in celebration.

We are the first farm to table catering company in NYC that is also kosher certified. During the growing season our produce is locally sourced, with a focus on regenerative agriculture, including from our farmer partners at the NYC Greenmarket and the Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative, we also use pasture raised meats, eggs & dairy, as well as fair trade coffee, tea & chocolate whenever possible. We are a woman owned, woman operated company, with a commitment to dignity in the workplace, as such we pay a living wage. In our work we seek to remove suffering from all aspects of the food chain: animals, farmers, cooks, and environmental impact, so that we may, in some small part, leave the world a better place than we found it. Red Clover is based in NYC, and primarily serves NYC, the Hudson Valley, the Hamptons, and the greater tri state area. Red Clover on the road has catered events around the globe- California, Miami, Mexico, Costa Rica, Israel- if you dream it, we will cater it!
